K-Material

From material development to manufacturing technology guidance,
we provide solutions tailored to your company
and support you in creating unique products.

For business owners considering starting a ceramics business or adding ceramics to their existing operations

Our company provides technical guidance in ceramics. After spending 35 years in the ceramics industry, I established this company based on the knowledge, skills, and experience I accumulated throughout my career. Please do not underestimate us simply because we are a small, one-person company. We are capable of supporting everything from research and development to production technology. We have successfully guided several companies in China, providing development, manufacturing technology, and quality control support for high-strength ceramic materials and high-strength, high-thermal-conductivity ceramics. In Japan, we also have experience presenting at academic conferences and obtaining patents.

Our Philosophy

If you feel more comfortable relying on a large organization, there is no need to continue reading further. Our company aims for high quality using standard raw materials and minimal equipment. Let me share an example from one country. There are many companies there that cannot achieve Japanese-level quality, even while using high-value Japanese raw materials and high-performance equipment. Naturally, local raw materials are considered inferior and are not utilized.

However, even with local raw materials and equipment that are far lower in quality and cost than Japanese products, by thoroughly analyzing their characteristics and developing appropriate methods, it became possible to manufacture products with quality equivalent to Japanese standards.

Mastering Fundamental Technology and Data Accumulation

The key to manufacturing high-quality ceramic products lies in establishing fundamental technologies and accumulating reliable data. By properly understanding and optimizing each process—including raw materials, forming, firing, and machining— high quality can be achieved. Accumulating technology and expertise leads directly to the success of project teams.

career

I have spent my entire career working with ceramics, ever since my student days.
My experience extends beyond research and technical roles; I have also worked as a sales engineer. During that time, I interacted with numerous companies and their representatives, and the experience of aligning their specific needs with our technological capabilities has become a valuable asset to me.
Each stage of the ceramics manufacturing process can alter the microstructure of the sintered body. Since the microstructure is closely related to physical properties, even with the same material, it is possible to produce ceramic products optimized for specific applications under comprehensive process control. I believe this is the first step toward reducing manufacturing costs while achieving differentiation and higher quality.
I will apply these technologies to the products your company aims to create.
Why don’t we start working together?
